Annual Thanksgiving Celebration
As the development of the ranch started, a yearly tradition began in 2002….the “family and friends” yearly retreat for 50-80 people during the Thanksgiving holidays. This retreat includes hiking, cooking, visiting, kite flying, singing, camping, fireworks, movies, music, campfires and whatever else moves us. The feast on Thanksgiving day is a food fest prepared by some of the finest cooks followed by a beautiful campfire and music. Most years have included a magnificent fireworks display and music by Craig Carter. People come from as far away as California, New Mexico and Canada for this three to four-day event.
